Ways to use QR codes at your wedding

A QR code at the wedding takes guests somewhere without typing anything: to the wedding website from a paper invitation, or to the shared album from the tables so they can upload their photos. It works best with a line explaining what it's for.

On the invitation

If the invitation is on paper, a QR code with the website address saves typing it. Print the address too, for anyone who doesn't use it.

On the tables, for photos

It's the most practical use on the day: each guest scans the QR code and uploads the photos they take to the shared album, without installing anything. In Nupzy you print the QR cards from your dashboard, and if one ends up where it shouldn't, you make a new QR code and the old one stops working.

Make it clear

  • A sentence saying what it's for: “Upload your photos here”.
  • Big enough to scan from a chair.
  • Test it with several phones before printing.
