Frequently asked questions
- How much does the registry cost?
- Creating and using it is free, as are transfers and Bizum. If you turn on card payments, Nupzy keeps 3% + €0.25 of each contribution, Stripe's fee included.
- How does card money reach me?
- Into your bank account through Stripe, which verifies your identity as the law requires. We never see that data.
- Can a contribution be refunded?
- Yes, from your dashboard. Our fee is refunded too.
- Can I link a registry I have with a shop?
- Yes, up to 4 external registries alongside yours.
