Contributions, bank transfers and card payments

How the money from contributions reaches you and what it costs.

Your bank account and Bizum

In the list settings enter the account holder, the IBAN and, if you like, a Bizum number. They are shown in the Gifts component and on the list page for anyone who prefers a bank transfer. You can also link up to 4 lists you have in shops.

When someone promises a contribution by bank transfer, you see it as To be received. When you see the money in your bank, press Mark received.

Card payments

If you switch them on, guests can pay their contribution by card on your website and the money reaches your bank account through Stripe, our payment provider.

  1. 1In the list's Settings, press Set up card payments.
  2. 2Stripe will ask for your ID document and a bank account in your name, as anti-money-laundering law requires. We do not see or store those details.
  3. 3Once Stripe has checked them, the status changes to Active and you can offer card payment for contributions.

Nupzy keeps 3% plus €0.25 of each card contribution, which includes Stripe's charges. The dashboard shows you how much you receive from an example amount.

Refund a contribution

From Reservations and contributions you can refund a card payment. It comes out of your Stripe balance, and our fee is refunded too. See balance and payouts opens your Stripe dashboard.
