The guests' album
The photos your guests upload, with their link or with the table QR code, and how to review them.
How they upload photos
- With their personal link, from the website.
- With the table QR code: anyone who scans it can see the website and upload photos without a personal invitation. Print it from Album (two cards per page) or copy its link.
Take photos opens or closes uploads. When you close them, the published photos stay on the website.
Review before publishing
No photo shows on the website until you approve it. In To review you can approve them one by one, in groups or all at once, and delete the ones you do not want. From Published you can take any of them off the website.
If someone asks for a photo they appear in to be removed, it stops showing straight away and we let you know so you can decide whether to delete it or publish it again.
Download the album
With Download as ZIP you take all the published photos in a single file.
Space
For free there is room for 100 guest photos; with the More photos upgrade, 2,000. We email you when the album is almost full and when it fills up.
