Add and import guests

Each row in Guests is an invitation: one person with their email (optional) and the Companions allowed. If you are inviting a family, add the person who receives the invitation and allow as many companions as there are people coming with them.

If you already know the companions' names, or that one of them is a child or a baby, you can enter it. It helps with the tables and the caterer; once the guest replies, their answer wins.

1. 1Press Import.
2. 2Upload an Excel or CSV file, or paste the list with one person per line: name, email and number of companions, separated by commas.
3. 3Check the summary: we tell you how many will be added, which rows without a name are skipped and which emails are not valid.
4. 4Press Import. Anyone already on the list with the same email is not duplicated.

At the top you have the totals: guests, invitations sent, confirmed attendees, who cannot come and who has not replied. You can search by name or email, filter by reply, select several to send them the invitation or delete them, and Export the list with their replies.

For free you can have up to 300 invitations. With the Big wedding upgrade you get up to 1,000. See the upgrades.
