What you ask your guests and where you see their replies.
What you ask
In Guests, under “What we ask when they confirm”, you decide:
- Deadline to reply. After that, the form closes.
- Menus to choose from, one per line, and a Children's menu offered only to children.
- Whether you ask about allergies and intolerances.
- Whether you ask who needs transport.
- Whether you ask if each person is an adult, child or baby, with a text explaining which ages count as each.
How a guest replies
They open the website with their personal link and press the RSVP button (the RSVP component or a Button that opens that window). They say whether they are coming, fill in their details and those of their companions, up to the number you have allowed, and can leave you a message.
Until the deadline they can change their reply as many times as they like.
See the replies
In the guest list you see each person's reply and how many adults, children and babies are coming. Press View answer for the detail: menu, allergies, transport and their message. Replies also reach you by email.
